- For those of you familiar with Mozilla, understand that there are many complex feelings behind this. Mozilla has done a lot of incredible work promoting diversity and inclusion. Work that has had real benefits for real people, including myself. Unfortunately, this outward action does not reflect the internal engineering culture at Mozilla. From the apathetic style of management, the authoritarian code reviews, to the goal post shifting in arbitrary performance reviews, Mozilla's engineering environment remains fundamentally inequitable.
